We receive information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, subscription details, product interests, information you send when contacting us, and an optional order reference. The checkout provider handles payment details; this website does not store them.

We may also receive limited technical and attribution data, including browser type, referring page, campaign parameters, general location derived from an IP address, and site interactions.

We use information to answer enquiries, deliver requested updates, operate The First Circle, understand site performance, prevent abuse, and support purchases made through our commerce partners. We do not sell personal information.

We use or may use Beehiiv for email subscriptions and newsletters; Payhip for current digital checkout and delivery; hosting and deployment providers; and analytics services when enabled. Kickstarter, Stripe, or other commerce providers may be introduced for future launches. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy practices.

The card-reading experience works with touch, mouse, and keyboard. Hand Ritual asks for camera access only after you activate it. Camera frames and hand landmarks are processed locally on your device. Laba Wisdom never receives or records the camera feed. Turning Hand Ritual off or leaving the reading experience stops the camera tracks.

We use browser storage to remember a daily card, reading-session state, and essential preferences. You can clear this data through your browser settings.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in each message. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information.
